Mr. Paul E. Taylor, Jr. was Chairman of The Silvercrest Center Board of Trustees from 1992 – 1994 and continued to serve on the board until 1997. He was instrumental in the acquisition of Silvercrest Center by the New York Presbyterian Healthcare System and in its transformation into a regionally recognized skilled nursing facility.
As a result of the benevolence of Mr. Taylor and his wife, Silvercrest trustee, Anne Alexis Coté Taylor, the Silvercrest Beautification Project was born. Silvercrest has now created the " Paul E. Taylor Comfort Fund" in order that the legacy of Mr. Taylor continue. All donations are greatly welcomed, and are used entirely to beautify the Silvercrest campus and preserve quality of life for Silvercrest residents and patients.
