COVID Update – 10/13/2021

The following units are closed due to positive COVID cases:

• 4 North – COVID wing
• 2 North – Tentative reopening October 27
• 5 South – Tentative reopening October 19

Visitation is suspended for ALL units until October 27. Only compassionate visits per CMS guidelines will be allowed on these units. Visitation is not permitted for COVID positive residents.
