COVID Update – 10/25/2021

The following units are now closed due to positive COVID cases:

• 4 North – COVID wing
• 2 North – tentative reopening November 2

Visitation is suspended for ALL units until November 2. Only compassionate visits per CMS guidelines will be allowed on these units. Visitation is not permitted for COVID-positive residents.
