COVID Update – 12/15/2021

Due to positive COVID cases, contact precautions are now in place on 4 North until December 21 and on 4 South until December 28.

• Visitation is now permitted on ALL units, however visitors should be aware that there are positive COVID cases in the facility.
• ALL visitors must perform hand hygiene and put on a new mask upon entry to the building regardless of unit or area where visit is taking place.
• Visitors to 4 North and 4 South must also wear gowns and gloves while in resident rooms only.
