Established COVID Guidelines This Holiday Season

Dear families and friends,

Governor Cuomo’s Cluster Action Initiative places Silvercrest in the Yellow Zone which requires strict testing of all staff and close monitoring of all residents. As a result of this positive COVID surge in the  community, home visits with families during the holidays is temporarily on hold.   Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has provided the attached press release.
