New Visitation Guidelines – 11/17/2021

Dear Family Members,

Yesterday, the New York State Department of Health substantially relaxed the visitation guidelines for nursing homes which have been in effect for nearly 19 months. This is in complete alignment with recently released guidance from CMS. As a result, we will be welcoming back all visitors without restrictions or appointments effective immediately. Visitors will still be required to undergo health screening at the front door and wear masks.

The Silvercrest Team is excited about this change in policy and looks forward to seeing our families and friends again.
