Silvercrest continues outdoor and indoor visitation , with the exception of the 3 North Unit. 3North visitation is suspended until Tuesday, June 29th 2021.***

***Outdoor visits are susceptible to weather conditions to ensure residents, visitors, and staff safety. All visitations are subject to change based on internal clinical factors, DOH guidance, and CMS regulations and COVID-19 county positivity rate.
