COVID Update – 12/7/2021

Due to a positive case in an employee, contact precautions are now in place on units 4 North and 4 South until December 21.

• ALL visitors must perform hand hygiene and put on a new mask upon entry to the building regardless of unit or area where visit is taking place.
• Visitors to 4 North and 4 South must also wear gowns and gloves while in resident rooms only.
